Niou works as a 'Tenikiller', a tennis player assassin for a large organisation. His job is to assassinate Tennis players from opposing organisations. When he finds out that Yagyuu is also part of a Tenikiller organisation he has no option but to assassinate him. Plus all the gag you'd expect from Negahyst.
