Ever since high schooler Oto was little, he's idolized his older childhood friend Naruyoshi, whom he calls Naru-chan. Even though Oto always wants to be with the gentle Naru-chan that teaches him anything, due to a certain incident, he ends up feeling a sense of distance between the two of them. Without knowing what to do and while hesitating, Oto honestly confesses his feelings.
