Iogi, the actor from Junjou Karen is back in this short story which centers on his past with Shirosaka, their friendship, Iogi's feelings, and what eventually drove Iogi into making the bargain with Shirosaka after the car accident.

Mieko Koide calls this an extra chapter to Junjou Karen, rather than a doujinshi.
